Dear Pitcher,

First of all, I am sorry to speak english.

The logo looks formal, simple, and is easy to understand.
My first idea was to show that "coach partner" is the way for clients to solve their problem, and it is shown by the gate.
The second logo tells about the partnership between the people in this company, and also the partnership between the company and the client.

Please advice me, so I can improve my work.
