I have read your briefing, and I tried to make some design for your corporate identity.
As your requirements, I make formal logo, and use the blue color (as order). I also have made business card and also letter head. I took example from logo A and B.

Ik like design B and E especially. Can you see whether you can create a "spiced up" version. In the description of my company I describe, Experts in Management Accounting with a passion for solutions. Can you try to do something (in style with design B or E) with passion?

Here I have selected the 2 logos you like (B and E). I have made also each one more variant and application in desain.

About creating a "spiced up", I think your logo much more elegance in this way. It looks also expert. So if I may say that just let it be like this.
But if you have other idea, please advice.
