I just tried to make new concept for your logo. Your tagline is "voice solutions" so I came with something communicatif. The function of headset is like a phone ?hears and answers.? In this case, you are not only being able to sell the phone equipments, but you can ?hear? what the desire of the client is, and also you can give them an ?answer?.
