I do like the way 'IMC' and "Interim management & consultancy" are presented. It is OK to use a smaller text, because it emphasis my last name (Urgert) I'm not sure about the aura-ish style. How would that be expressed on company paper or business card?

Honestly I have no clue what the safety bouy has to do with my advisory business. Can you explain the deeper thought?
I have to deal a lot with logistics issues though, but is rarely related to shipping. It makes people around me think that the company name is Ourgert, btw.

I am happy you like the "IMC" style.
About the "aura", that is just to present it. The logo will stand alone without the "aura", I will take it away.

About the safety bouy, the deeper thought behind it is that with this you can save people in trouble. As an interim management & consultancy agency, you are also the helping hand to company in trouble, let them save, and try to bring them to the solution. I thought that this bouy could be an obvious symbol to show this.

About the name Ourgert, I have a variant, maybe you will like this better.

I am sorry. Under other circumstances (or other company business) the bouy would be great. I am afraid that for my current activities it won't work.

I do like the text style you are using for urgert, imc and the full text of the latter. Do you perhaps have another suggestion without the bouy?
